MoJamaican Jerk Seasoning
For chicken, pork, fish, hamburgers & vegetables. Jerking is a traditional style of barbecuing. This paste when rubbed sparingly into meat should be left overnight for best results, then grilled or roasted slowly. Adjust the amount used to your taste.
