MOJAMAICAN PINEAPPLE CHIPOTLE SHRIMP

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 2 tsp MoJamaican CHIPOTLE RUB
  • 2 tsp MoJamaican CHAMPAGNE AND ROSE FINISHING SALT
  • 5oz MoJamaican HABANERO & PINEAPPLE HOT SAUCE
Instructions:
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until they become soft and translucent.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they become slightly tender.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until they become soft.
  5. Add the shrimp to the pan (already seasoned with MoJamaican CHIPOTLE RUB, MoJamaican CHAMPAGNE AND ROSE FINISHING SALT and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Add the MoJamaican CHIPOTLE RUB, MoJamaican CHAMPAGNE AND ROSE FINISHING SALT, and MoJamaican HABANERO & PINEAPPLE HOT SAUCE to the pan and stir to combine.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss with the shrimp and vegetable mixture until the pasta is well coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or grated cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
