Mo Jamaican if translated in our native dialect known as the Jamaican patios means "more Jamaican" and is the ideology behind our company. Mo Jamaican aims at having "Mo" of the Jamaican culture shared and preserved in the diaspora. The name not only derived from the Jamaican language to indicate more/stronger presence of Jamaican delicacies but also as a patronage to our son Moses, who we call Mo. At only age 3, Moses, upon tasting anything Jamaican responds "Can I have Mo". It is through his love for the Jamaican heritage and love for the culture that we were able to see that Jamaica is in the hearts of many.

Our Company is aimed at not only providing and serving those who are of Jamaican descendants but to many who have visited and hope to visit the island. It is meant to be an inclusive immersive experience that focuses on the products to be purchased as well as giving insight to the culture of food consumption in Jamaica. With this in consideration, our offerings have span beyond our competitors to include a meal preparation option that allows a recipe and ingredients to be purchased, allowing you to re-create or create numerous Jamaican delicacies in the comfort of your home.
Being a Jamaican national, the aim is to preserve our culture and contribute positively to the Jamaican economy that relies heavily on foreign exchange currencies. Founded with Jamaica at the forefront of the agenda, embracing and upholding our motto of "out of many one people", Mo Jamaican aims to bring a piece of Jamaica to your home so that a culture built on diversity can be enjoyed daily.
Jamaica as an island having its influence from all over the world, creates the perfect blends of food nothing short of being original, unique and tasty. Mo Jamaican is aimed at capturing the many influences in the Jamaican cuisine that encompass the Spanish, British, East Indian, West African, Portuguese, Chinese, French and the Dutch.

This is amazing story. It is nice that your son came up with the idea. I look forward to seeing him grow his business and make it so big.
