Introducing an extraordinary woman who has navigated the twists and turns of life with resilience and an unwavering passion for her craft. At the age of 34, our subject stands tall as a dedicated mother to her son, Moses, and an accomplished business owner. With a remarkable academic background, she holds not one, not two, but three master's degrees from the prestigious University of Central Florida, as well as a masters-level graduate certification.

Born in Jamaica, her roots have played a significant role in shaping her identity and fueling her ambition. Her journey took an unexpected turn after she graduated with a master's degree in Hospitality and began her career at the renowned Disney company. Despite her dedication and expertise, unforeseen circumstances led to her being laid off. However, this setback only ignited her determination to pursue her true passions: hospitality and food.
Inspired by her love for both the culinary arts and the world of hospitality, she embarked on a new venture. Recognizing an opportunity to combine her Jamaican heritage with her desire to create something truly unique, she conceptualized MoJamaican—a business specializing in alcohol-infused rubs, sauces, and jams. But it wasn't a smooth road to success.

Initially, she faced a setback when her first business model, centered around selling Jamaican snacks, encountered unforeseen challenges. Former classmates and associates, recognizing the potential, opened similar businesses, causing intense competition. Furthermore, due to the absence of preservatives, the snacks had a limited shelf life of only three months, resulting in significant losses.

However, she refused to let adversity define her path. With unwavering determination, she adapted her business strategy, drawing upon her expertise and innovative thinking. Collaborating with an industry kitchen, she undertook the intricate technical process of infusing her products with the flavors of various alcoholic beverages.
The idea for wine infusion struck her as a revelation, a way to infuse her creations with a delightful twist that would captivate the taste buds of her customers. This unique approach not only differentiated her products from the competition but also showcased her ability to think outside the box and create something truly extraordinary.
Today, her partnership with the industry kitchen has flourished, enabling her to produce alcohol-infused rubs, sauces, and jams that are unrivaled in flavor and quality. By infusing her products with the essence of wines, she has elevated them to new heights, transforming ordinary culinary experiences into unforgettable moments of indulgence.

Her journey has taken her from the heartbreak of failed endeavors to the triumph of a thriving business. No longer focused solely on brick-and-mortar establishments, she has expanded her reach to farmers' markets, relishing the opportunity to interact directly with her customers, hear their stories, and share her passion for her craft.
But beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, her compassion extends to her advocacy for immigrants and immigration. Drawing from her own experiences as an immigrant, she seeks to create a welcoming and inclusive community for those who have embarked on similar journeys.

With each step she takes, this remarkable woman exemplifies the true spirit of resilience, determination, and unwavering passion. Through her business, MoJamaican, she continues to leave an indelible mark on the culinary world, while also championing causes close to her heart. As she forges ahead, her infectious enthusiasm and unwavering dedication serve as an inspiration to us all.
